David founded Talon in 2009 as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. In a few short years, David has grown the company into a Specialty General Contractor with an emphasis in Hospital and Clinic construction.

Beth is the talented controller at Talon, bringing over 28 years of construction accounting experience to the team. Before working at Talon, she specialized in construction accounting for some of the Washington DC area’s most successful developers and contractors.

As a retired U.S. Navy Chief Warrant Officer, Tom brings over 30 years of experience in project management, safety program development and compliance, overhaul, diagnostics, testing, and electronic and mechanical equipment installation to the Talon team.

Jim started as a plumber’s helper in 1973 and has since served in almost every facet of the industry with nearly 30 years of experience as a construction project manager. Jim started his career as a plumber at Fort Lee in Virginia, working in the Operations Division of DEH.

A few years ago Grayson transitioned from the financial sector to the construction industry. With his financial background and a few summers of some hands-on residential construction experience under his belt, he jumped into the estimating world and ran with it. Quickly gaining a broad knowledge of the pre-construction side of the business brought him to where he is now as the Pre-Construction Manager with Talon.

Kurt joined Talon in 2018 as a Project Engineer with almost a decade of previous industry experience. Prior to joining the Talon team, Kurt worked as an Assistant Project Manager and Assistant Site Supervisor in New York City where he oversaw commercial and residential construction projects.

Mason started his career working with the service/field staff and received hands-on experience in the Construction industry. He then transitioned over to Estimating where he learned the bidding process and how to estimate large-scale projects.
